I have 6 PDFs which are course catalogs with the details of all the courses offered, instructors and their designations etc.,
I would like the data entry done for the quarters listed in the catalogs.
I need the following information pulled out and put into a spreadsheet: Instructors names, The one line blurb describing instructor, which appears in italics immediately below each instructor's name (i.e. visiting artists, senior professor), and Year. We need the data organized by academic year/semester, i.e. 2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, etc.
Example: Patrick Hunt Director, Stanford Alpine Archaeology Project 2013 Course Catalog
Each PDF, however, contains courses for 4 quarters - Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn (except for one catalog, which has only 3 quarters).
