My name is John and I am looking for someone to help me make a spreadsheet to calculate and display the effective temperature based on an old English nomogram that is still in use today. The user manually measures the wetbulb temp, dry buld temp and air speed at their location, then uses the nomogram (chart) to determine the effective temperature. I was hoping someone could help me generate a spreadsheet to give consistent, rapid results please? The spreadsheet would also keep a few other manually entered bits of information (who measured it, what time, location etc). The only other requirement is a colour system to show what safe and unsafe effective temperature levels are (green = ok, yellow = level 1 response, orange =Level 2, Red = Level 3 response) based on the temperature.
I have attached a copy of the nomogram and can provide further information to help refine it a bit.
