We have a performance report developed in VBA that was assembled at the beginning of 2017. We need to make some updates to the report and I'd like a design refresh.
The report lists doctors that have ordered a particular service from our company. The report separates the orders by province and highlights doctors that are ordering the test for the first time. (new doctors).
For 2018 we need to:
- Make changes to the abbreviations that represent the Provinces in the Raw data (MA --> MB, NF --> NL, SA --> SK, AL --> AB, YK --> YT)
- For Ontario, separate the province into 2 sales territories (based on Forward Sorting Addresses)
- In addition to the list of doctors that are ordering the service for the first time, we also need a list of doctors that haven't ordered the test in 3 months in a separate tab along with the month that they last ordered.
- Redesign the report output so that its nicer looking
- The heat map should be removed.
I have included a copy of our current report along with an example of how the raw data is submitted, with new province abbreviations.
