There is an open and filled reports. I will attach the open report first. Attached below is an example of the table that summarizes the insights (at HMR folder) thatwill need to be duplicated.
You will need to filter the open and filled report by business and create charts for each based from the Hiring Manager's review stage by grade.
USP Open Report Insights:
• Red indicator for both gender & ethnicity at HMR for grades 7-10
• Amber indicator for ethnicity at HMR for grade 6 including oncology
• Red indicator for gender at HMR for grade 6 (achieved for 40% for oncology)
• Red indicator for ethnicity at HMR for grades 4/5 (same for oncology)
• Amber indicator for gender at HMR for grades 4/5 (same for oncology)
• Red indicator for both gender and ethnicity for grades 2/3 (0% for both)
USP Filled Report Insights:
• Green for gender diversity at HMR for grades 7-10
• Amber for ethnic diversity at HMR for grades 7-10
• Green for gender diversity at HMR for grade 6 including oncology
• Amber for ethnic diversity at HMR for grade 6 including oncology
• Amber for both gender (37%) and ethnicity at HMR for grades 4/5 (very close to green for gender)—this includes oncology
• Only 1 grade 3 role for oncology—Amber for both gender and ethnicity
