Excel Expert who can understand and Transfer Data into new format

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced Excel Expert who can understand and transfer data from one format to another. The data set is large, with more than 10 columns. The format of the data can be either tabular or non-tabular. I also need the data to be partially analyzed and interpreted. The successful freelancer must have extensive experience in making sense of large data sets, be detail oriented and have advanced Excel skills.
We have a software where customers are bringing in Data from multiple sources but they want to import the data into our System. We have data imports via spreadsheet for Customer, Job Sites, Work Orders and Units.
I would like someone who is experienced in excel, who can understand the data that is provided by the customer and is able to translate that data accurately into the new spreadsheet templates.
I am seeking the best candidate that can process this data quickly, and if they need to take time to understand the data then we will work to get clarity on the data coming from the customer. The goal is to translate the data clearly but also quickly as I don't want someone who is doing this row by row. Not interested in that.
To start I will have you try an example and work to convert the data over to start. Will provide the data and templates once you clearly review the proposal. So focus on your abilities when responding (and please don't send me something from a template). If you send me a proposal from a template I'll just delete it.
