I am starting weight training and need a Google Sheet / Excel sheet creating.
You will see from the uploaded file that's the information that needs to be filled in each time. So I want a way to click a button and it will automatically create a new sheet. In addition we need a summary page; for example where it says exercise it will take the information in that column and add it to a summary sheet - showing the total amount of weight pushed on that session as well as the highest weight / reps. It will be able to sort via the Date and Session Column.
Happy in either Excel or Google Sheets.
