Job Description:
I want a Excel based or standalone program. This requires users to login and fill out the form with approximately 50 set of questions. I have attached the blank form that includes the set of questions. The users will use this form to make entries and want them to use the same to update the data already available on database.
The only major point is that the database has to be save either on SharePoint or OneDrive with Realtime linked Excel file to see the entire data, and almost 20 users will use the tool at the same time.
Please be advised that this is not a data entry project. This requires programming knowledge.
