Excel Spreadsheet Order Form


An order form archive is attached with 3 order forms. I need 3 excel workbooks created for each that are the same as the pdf order forms.

1: 30 sheets per workbook

2: 31st sheet per workbook will total other 30 sheets.

3: Sizes 1,2-3,4-5,6-7,8-9,10-11 will sum under unit total, unit total will x WS$ for each style, totals for all styles will sum for sub total, sub total will be x 10% and the 10% amount displayed in 10% GST. Order total will be the sum of sub total and 10% GST.

4: 31st sheet will sum every sheets Sizes 1,2-3,4-5,6-7,8-9,10-11 per style, unit totals per style, total WS$ value per style, sub total sum for every sheet, 10% GST for sub total for every sheet and finally order total: for every sheet.

This needs to be completed by 8:00am Sydney time as I will select the winner in 2 hours after listing. Full payment will be loaded to escrow and loaded once everything works as I requested. Please add "Ilovetutu" in your response to show you have read this. Logo is also attached
