I am looking a PERFECT EXCEL Programmer
I need an Excel Spreadsheet form to calculate a price for a transport company.
There are only 5 fields.
First field: Type a postcode (i will give all postcodes and Suburbs with their ZONES). All suburbs are categorised in three zones (zone 1 $75, zone 2 $97.50, zone 3 $126.75)
Second Field: Item Volume (dropdown list) (0-2 M3: 0%, 2-4 M3: 30%, 4-6 M3: 60%, 6-8 M3: 90%) will be added on the top of the Zone Price.
Third Field: Item Assembly (dropdown list) (15 minutes, 30 minutes.......6 hours) will be added on the top of the Price as $100 per hour.
Fourth Field: Item Handling to the Upstairs (dropdown list) (Ground: $0, Level 1: $ 25, Level 2: $ 50, Level 3: $ 75) will be added on the top of the Price
Fifth Field: Rubbish Removal (dropdown list) (0-3 M3: $25, 3-6 M3: $50, 6-9 M3: $75) will be added on the top of the Price
and when clicked on CALCULATE button, it will show the PRICE
Form will include HEADER (logo, company name etc.) FOOTER (address, phone, email and web)
Form will include password protection and no one can change the data fields and Prices.
I have only 2 days time frame for this project
