Excel Stakeholder Matrix

Hello, I have a stakeholder analysis document, please see attached. You will notice in the document, under the 'required attention' column, that there are 4 colours, they are manage closely, keep satisfied, Monitor and keep informed.

I need to get the first names of the stakeholder to map to the matrix, so in this example, you will notice 'John Doe' needs to be 'managed closely'. I need his name to be mapped to the Matrix (next tab in doc). The colours correspond, so Manage closely is coloured RED in the analysis, in the matrix, it needs to be mapped to the RED box, using the small 'person' icon I have inserted.
