This is to be a new version of an existing Voting Register - also in Excel, but we want to start out fresh.
Because we use the existing product, we've got a good idea of the required looks and functionality we need in the new version.
The tool assists those who need to conduct AGM Meetings of residential communities and record how they voted on the various Motions.
We want to break the project up into small bits, and initially we want to do a simple data import from a .csv file when the user clicks on a button in the Worksheet - we have a Project Description 'one-pager', basically explaining the above, rather than the scope of the whole project, and we have a basic Excel file and .csv file with dummy data to use.
The cost estimate is based only on this initial bit of the project - not the whole thing.
Hi, I can write the VBA script to import the csv file into the excel. I can buid it either for a standard name/path or with a browsing menu to select the file. Best regards, Florin Enache
