I have 50 question papers consisting of different exams from UPSC like CAPF(AC), CDS ,NDA exams etc. I want the freelancer to do the following:
1) make folder for each exam ( exam name / year)
1) copy all the questions from pdf to the excel sheet with options ( structure and format will be provided)
2) If the question contains sections or passages copy them to different spreadsheets and reference them and put them In the same folder of the exam. (Structure and format will be provided).
3) if the question contains data which can not be entered in ASCII. take a screen shot of it and save in the same folder.(dimensions of the image will be provided. Image naming format will be provided.) Enter the image name/number after the question so that we can fetch it.
4) make a separate spread sheet for answers. (two fields in the spread sheet. a) question number b) answer
All in all each question paper consists of 80-125 questions and total number of questions comes around 5000.
Papers will only be provided in batches and next batch of papers will be provided once the sent excel sheets are verifi
