filter and merge using Excel VBA

I need to have an Excel VBA that looks for equal rows and merge them.
As per the example attached:
If A4 and B4 equals A5, B5 and A6, B6 (as per the image "[login to view URL]" it should be merged/concatenated the cells as per the green line in image "[login to view URL]".
