We are a growing business seeking a FULL-TIME office assistant to help with just about everything. Answering phones, quoting, research, scanning, updating spreadsheets, creating invoices, making deposits, etc. Whatever needs to be done. Hours would be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday, after training period.

Here is what we are needing:
- Knowledge of land surveying is a huge plus
- Strong typing skills
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat (creating and editing pdf's)
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior office experience
- An overall attitude of wanting to help the customer and owners
