Background - GHz Services is a UK company that sells a range of air-con products, supplied by 7 different organisations, into the construction industry.
GHz has an excel document (PipeLine) it uses to store project information, including contacts, key dates & other useful information. It is also used to store sales revenue information and is used to create sales & payment forecasts for each of the suppliers it represents (+ a spare).
Input form – to assist the inputting of information and data into the PipeLine GHz has previously commissioned an input form. The current input form has two tabs, the first tab is for storing information and the second is for storing forecasting information. This project requires the input form to be amended as per the changes as shown on the Excel doc and in the briefing doc.
Input form special note – the current document is corrupt and some programming errors were not successfully identified and corrected. Currently data does not always save to the correct corresponding project, and sometimes will not permit the document to be saved at all.
Changes – the input form and excel requires a number of modifications which are identified in the attached documents.
Testing & sign-off – once complete it is important that the document is thoroughly tested to ensure all errors and glitches are removed.
Time frame – please confirm the total time frame for the first issue and then the finally proven and signed off document can be completed.
