I have a google sheet that is a form for Per Diems for staff.
1. I need formulas to calculate $Total Claim, based on user selection of their Pay Bracket, Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Incidentals, for the total to be reimbursed, to calculate from the 2nd sheet a price form a table based on those selections.
2. I need to then have the form signed by the user, and then sent or shared for approval, and then the approval to then sign and send to our accounts department (email or share).
3. I also need to make sure the Form is controlled and users can only edit certain cells.
4. It needs to be a template, and when people fill it in it generates their own 'form'/record that others in the company cannot see
I need this urgently - I think it might be relatively simple.
