Seeking an educated candidate with at least two years of Account Payable experience to manage the daily activities of a bread manufacturer on a full-time basis. The candidate must be able to validate quantities and prices on invoices before payment, print checks and determine when to release the checks based on bank balances. The ideal candidate must possess strong traits like consistency and accuracy. Knowing how to do account and bank reconciliations is a plus. Having knowledge of quickbooks, Microsoft excel, and/or sage is a must. Must have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
