Our HR Director wants a summary of employee clocking data.
He wants to see who is in shortfall of 8 hour schedule or who is in surplus of 8 hour schedule. thus shortage = negative / absentism or positve /overtime .
our clocking system can export raw data to excel , but we need some formula or app that can calculate/intake this hours from excel , process and calculate an individual's hours for period X . X can be days , weeks or 6 months.
