We have a somewhat detailed google spreadsheet with multiple tabs and calculations. We store the spreadsheet in the cloud (google drive). We are looking to improve the spreadsheet we have and also create some additional features into the spreadsheet. We are a small real estate investment company using this spreadsheet to calculate our "scope of work" for each individual rehab project we are doing. We enter information into the spreadsheet from having an on site field inspection. This data entered are things like dimensions of rooms, windows,etc. The spreadsheet then populates a detailed list we can give to contractors to bid the job. The spreadsheet also populates a materials list based on the data entered. I have attached the link below of the google spreadsheet we are using now.
