The aim of this project is bring a list of about 500-530 people from Linkedin into a spreadsheet. This is purely an admin project.
In LinkedIn recruiter, I have 500 people that I'd like to record into an excel spreadsheet, with their name hyperlinking to their LinkedIn profile. In order to do this, the project is:
1. Login to my LinkedIn account. Details will be provided.
2. In top right corner, click on LinkedIn Recruiter and select “Recruiter Light”. Log in again using same details.
3. Access project you have been assigned.
4. Open spreadsheet (I will provide link) and copy over name, job title, company, city, State.
5. This is an important step – on LinkedIn Recruiter, click into the person which will open them in my standard LinkedIn account. Copy the URL of that person and link it to their name in the spreadsheet by right clicking on the name and selecting “add link” and pasting the link. This is so their name in the spreadsheet now links to the persons Linkedin profile – this is probably the most important part of this project.
6. In the spreadsheet, set the status to “invite sent”.
That's it. You have to be able to complete all 500 in one day. It's simple cut and paste so should only be a 5-8 hour job max.
Some screenshots and explanations will be provided but the above should indicate exactly what this project requires.
