We are in need of a data entry operator desiring to look after our company database. Good knowledge of English including sound communication skill is desired from candidate-side. Specific functions include:
1. Converting hard copy applications into soft copy by entering them into company’s database
2. Maintenance of this information for considerably long time
3. Updating this information whenever necessity arises
4. Checking the information already present and correcting them if required
5. Arrange and sort the information present in the database
6. Access relevant reports to address the queries if raised
Although experience in relevant field is preferred, even freshers who are passionate to take-up the responsibilities are welcome to place their bid. Accuracy in entering information is highly desired in comparison to typing speed. I addition proficiency in MS office tools like word and excel would be an added advantage to be placed into the position.
