Metrics Project (Human Resources Management)

Please use the Instructions Powerpoint as it contains the major instructions for this HR Metrics Project. The Powerpoint presentation will be 11 slides including the title page (For the title page just come up with a good title ) I have already one draft one that is completed however I will need this one fine tuned it is a powerpoint file named as Draft Metrics if you can fine tune it and make it perfect as per the project instructions would be great because I got it from another service and was not pleased with their quality so depending on you now to give me the best results for my project. You can use what you find useful from that draft but don't depend completely on it as the grammar is not good and it is not of highest standards. Solid A2 and Solid A3 powerpoint files are examples of projects that were done in the past. The content of the projects may differ but these are examples of quality powerpoint presentations . Some key things to remember:

1) You will be using two files apart from the powerpoint one of them is the HC Deployment Excel file which will be useful for the analysis however in that you have to remember that the first two tables containing Billable revenue and the grand totals do not need to be changed they can be used. What needs to be redone is the two headcount tables. This example has been done for all four core jobs (Engineers, Trades, Tech Drafters). We have to do the analysis only for one core job. The second excel file that will be used is Payroll Database With Job Families (Vlookup included). In this file you just need to use sheet one and filter for one core job to do the analysis.

2)Slide 6 in powerpoint has an example of how a slide should look like with a graph ( the format)

3) 4-5 Slides have to be used for what is the problem and the last half of the deck needs to be about what do we do to solve the problem. ( All based on the company Generesta)

Part 4 information is on slide 9 called marking rubric ( look at the notes section as well)

Part 4) Use notes section I repeat only for references(few references need to be used in APA format but not a lot maybe 3 is enough) and denote with an asterisk or some other symbol on the actual slide( eg. in the 10 marks part with the subscript 1 denoted next to the word logic on the above slide in the last line)(Remember part 4 information is on slide 9 including the way its denoted)

5) There is also a word document attached which shows how the HC Deployment excel file was created.

6) This metrics presentation will be based on the company Generesta so I have attached the case study for that company. So whatever information is presented on the powerpoints will be about Generesta.

7) Ensure to provide a quality business powerpoint presentation that looks professional and pretty. Remember the design quality matters it should attract the eye so use beautiful designs and make the graphs, charts and information look beautiful.
