Every week I export a profit and loss statement to excel that contains income and expenses for each contractor that we do business with. My goal is to organize this data by contractor and to be able to show each contractor their graphs and tables of how they each are doing individually. This needs to be done with basically automatically, except I am willing to have to choose a drop down for the charts and date ranges.
