We have a current Excel spread sheet where by we can insert data and it sorts it out into our desired requirements. Attached is this sheet along with samples of the raw .csv files which we input. This is still required and should not be changed.
We would like to either modify this sheet or have a new sheet created whereby we can have new outputs that we require.
1> Create a a New Sheet Name of our Choice (Customer/reseller name)
2> Specify the domain names that we want under this sheet
3> Output should list the email accounts under the domain. The Size of the Email Accounts. And give a Break down of how many accounts there are. eg 10 x 50GB, 5 x 10GB, 2 x 500MB (Please see examples attached Savuti Recon, Systematix Recon, Stream Line Recon)
exchange_Stats_Tool - This is our current working Sheet. You will notice 3 x Output Tabs which are generated from the attached .csv files. You can delete these 3 tabs and input the .csv files to see the operation.
3 x .CSV Files - EXMAIL, EXMAIL2, SPURGROUP These are the raw logs inputed into the sheet to create the existing report.
