My project is to come up with a complex property management budget. Due to me starting my position here, the current budget in place has been proven trouble some for me ( someone with intermediate excel experience) and regional managers (with less experience).
This budget should include as displayed: Current rents, Max Market rent, Current asking rents.
Payroll Calculations should be able easy to enter for employees, and seemingly sly integrate into a correct budget.
A successful rent inflation page: this has been proven to not function with the rest of the spreadsheets other sheet functions.
I need a simplified budget that allows people without extreme excel skills to have a simpler template to complete, but not lacking any line items (Income & Expenses).
