I am having a little problem with the functionality of my excel spreadsheet.
What I want to happen is that when the user places a time in the start year and end year cells, the rest of the cells disappear, then making the first year showing, the initial investment year. This would then correspond with the IRR and annual rate of return once the years are selected. Both tables should operate in the same way, one showing the difference between an annual contribution and an annual distribution. Thank you
