Need some help with a problem in Google Spreadsheets (tables)

I need a little help with a Google Spreadsheet (table). I have a Spreadsheet with three tables: 1. Names Just a list of some people´s names 2. Pets Names Here I have the people´s names in column A and the names of their pets in column B. As some people have several pets, there are several lines with the same person´s name in A, with different pets names in B. In a third table I can select the Names from the table “Names” in column A. What I need now is the following: When I select a Name in column A, I need a dropdown list with all pets of this person appearing in column B. If you get awarded with the job, I´ll give you access to the spreadsheet, so you can work on it. I need a solution that I can easily transfer into another spreadsheet (since this is obviously only a sample for testing). I cannot give you access to the original one. So you will have to explain, how I can transfer it. I work a lot with tables (Excel & Google Spreadsheet), but keep in mind that I´m not a developer. So please note: If your solution needs a technical advanced person to include it in the original spreadsheet, it´s not the solution that I´m looking for and you won´t get a payment!
