C) These 960 columns are split into 10 columns each making 96 groups (12 cols top/12 bot with 12 cols consisting of 6 selections only TOP AND BOTTOM). So each group of 24 selections now results in 10x10=100 columns of 12 number selections (6 top + 6 bottom = 12 number selections). D) These 12 selection numbers are now reduced to 5 selections using a pre-selected 5-number CHART. So 96,000 of 12 sections reduces to 96,000 of 5 selections, using 62 number chart which selects 5 from 12 numbers in each of 62 columns. The 5 selected columns are now set in horizontal rows with (1 from 14 numbers attached to each selected row of 5 numbers).
