I have a list of emails many pages long which needs to be organised into an excel spreadsheet. Some of the email addresses in this list have a persons name or a company name attached to them.
I need all email addresses in this list to be extracted and placed in a single column in an excel spreadsheet. If there is a person's or company's name associated with the email, I need the name to be placed next to the email address.
I have attached a 1 page sample of the email list (note: the actual document is many times longer)
I have also attached an example excel spreadsheet to show how I want this data organised.
This task should be able to be done quickly via a program.
Edit: I would also like you to remove any duplicate email addresses from this document
