I am looking for an entry-level personal secretary to assist me with various tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in scheduling and calendar management.
Specific tasks that the personal secretary will be responsible for include:
- Scheduling and calendar management: The personal secretary will be responsible for managing my schedule and ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly organized. This includes coordinating with clients and colleagues to find suitable meeting times.
- Email management and communication: The personal secretary will also be responsible for managing my email inbox and ensuring that all important emails are responded to in a timely manner. This includes filtering out spam and organizing emails into appropriate folders.
- Travel arrangements and bookings: Additionally, the personal secretary will be responsible for making travel arrangements and bookings. This includes researching and booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as coordinating travel itineraries.
The personal secretary will be required to work more than 20 hours per week to assist with these tasks.
