Phone Agent for Customer Satisfaction calls in the UK

I hope to build a mutually beneficial long-term collaboration with you over the next months and years. I audit frequently and raise based on reliability, learning curve, performance. I expect reliability, sincerity, and ambition. For calls to customers in the UK, it should go without saying that your accent blends in. No native speakers needed, but you should not cause hesitance for a heavy accent.
For currently two projects, and more in the pipeline, I look for professionals that will call customers that have ordered products online in the recent past. The calls will be short, and questions are supposed to find out how satisfied the customer was with ordering process and the product quality.

All candidates will be interviewed on Skype or telephone. We will also add numbers of our staff to the list so that we frequently ensure the calls are all placed by the person that we have interviewed. Obvious violations will result in termination, payment dispute, and appropriate feedback.
