Pump animation and simulation in excel

I want someone who is very good in excel to do Pump animation and simulation in excel.
The actual project is to model and simulate flooding at 10 different stations(areas) at an airport with different inputs of flooding levels/ rates. On each station is assumed that there is a discharge points (drainage) or pumping with different capacities say that it can absorb -300 gallons of water per hour . What I want to know is for example if we have (1000 inflow rates per hour) and last for 6 hours or 1 day...
For now only we will work on two areas and be able to answer the following questions
1. When does each area reach the peak amount of water
2. How long it take the pumping to evacuate water.
3. inflow rates in area 2 should start when area 1 reaches 500
4. add animation tanks for both areas that show the changes if possible
