Random opponents generator via Excel sheet or Mobile app.

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a random opponents generator for me. The project requires the use of an Excel sheet. The generator should be completely random, with no specific criteria for selecting opponents. I would like to generate from 2 - infinite number opponents at a time. Number of opponents would be inputted with each use.
Would need a data field entry to create a record sheet of opponents for future reference.
Each opponent is given a number of lives which is found in the data sheet.
A page for the current game which shows active players with the number of lives left. this game page will generate random pairs of opponents. As matches are played, a winner is recorded and the loser will lose a life. Once this round of games have been payed and recorded, a generate new round button will be available once all games have been played and recorded. Players with zero lives are removed from this page until only 1 person is left standing.
Another sheet to show payout. Need input box for total prize money need input box for number of payouts (1-10)
Ideal skills and experience for this project include proficiency in Excel and experience with creating similar generators.
