Real Estate Project Scouting and Virtual Assistant
$15-25 USD / hour
We are a boutique investment consultancy firm based in Portugal, specializing in guiding clients through the process of real estate investment. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic collaborator to join our team for a specific task. Based on the results achieved, there is a potential opportunity for the selected candidate to become a permanent member of our remote team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular searches on various websites to identify real estate projects not currently part of our portfolio.
- Utilize project descriptions, locations, names, and pictures to identify the developers or owners associated with these projects.
- Gather contact details of the identified developers.
- Initiate contact with developers to collect information about the projects.
- Facilitate the acquisition of partnership contracts for the identified projects.
- Maintain proactive communication with project developers to obtain up-to-date availability information.
- Effectively manage information using Google Drive and DocSend.
- Assist with additional tasks as required, including outbound and inbound calling, appointment scheduling, and email/phone follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Possess full proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrate the ability to research and identify real estate developers or project owners based on project descriptions, locations, names, and pictures.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Display reliability, efficiency, and resourcefulness in completing assigned tasks.
- Possess the ability to engage with charisma and effectiveness in phone and email communication.
Optional:
- Previous experience in the real estate market.
