Rebuild Excel File For Estimating Projects

We are looking to take our current excel estimating sheet that allows you to put labor and equipment on one page. However, we would like to allow us to break out labor/equipment into multiple sheets (Bolting Up, Civil, Etc) than combine Total hours/Days to a single Summary Sheet.
Manhours, Equipment, Materials is all inputted onto Gen Services Tab. We are looking to create multiple sheets like the Gen Services Tab to break out time for different tasks that will than populate all these tasks back to a single Gen Services tab for a total Hours/Equipment/Manpower summary.
