small organization with some details on excel database needs to make basic access database for more efficiency
I need the following fields for details for each student:
Dira number (Dira means apartment)
Nubmer of Boys in Dira
Date of Birth
Home residents - choice of: usa/europe/israel/other
Name of Current Yeshiva
Name of Previous Yeshiva
Chasidish - Yes or No
also a field to track monthly participation of each boy and of each dira
I will need to search and list by each of the details, eg who has not participated in a specific month etc
I will need to check that a Dira which is registered to have 8 boys, actually has 8 boys registered in the system to that dira number.
I will need a report on each dira including all boys in it
It is a new organisation and i am not familiar with access so i will need flexibility to add and design every so often
Also I will need a little bit of instruction from you on how to start use it efficiently
If this can be done today it would be amazing.
