This is a Macro to help us save time when doing a weekly schedule. Basically, all it needs to do is: when a scheduler enters the hours worked for a day (From-To), and then chooses the Attendant's Name (must be a drop down list), those 3 cells (From, To and Attendant) will be painted into a color that will be unique that that Attendant
Name. And then it should calculate the total hours scheduled for the week for this attendant, into the table on the side. This will all make sense once you take a look at the attached excel file. The Attendant Names should come from a drop down list, which should be easy to edit, add and delete the names from... something similar to what I show in the file... very straight forward... In the example I highlight only few names, but the Macro needs to have a unique color for each name...
