I have a excel sheet that i do all my quotes on. I want to be able to pick a name from a drop down list that i have set up, and then that automatically insert the corresponding company name and address and insert it below (address and name on the same line on a different tab). I also need the unit price column, qty column, and item column to retain the same formula but show as blank when nothing arises. at the minute there is a native '0' in there to fill the lines, but if the formula is there it just shows as an error and stops the formula working. Also need the qty lookup reinserted to check the other sheet for the qty.
I also have another issue with a different project, where i have a price list on one workbook, and a CSV file for importing all the products onto my website. on the CSV file, the first part of the product description is the product part code (i.e. "SS3 - Site Cutting Station), but on the price list it is two seperate columns; one for the code ("SS3) and one for the name ("Site Cutting Station"). I want the Product ID listed on the CSV file (I.e. "646") to appear next to the correct product on a new line in the original price list so i can sort by this number in the future. I also want the new price from the price list to show on the website import sheet ready for the import.
Due to the sensitive information (price lists etc. I CANNOT upload this prior to awarding the freelancer, so you MUST MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND BEFORE ACCEPTING THE JOB!
