Job Description:
· Creating a pipeline of Subject Matter Experts for various technical and non-technical skills.
· Ensure that SMEs retain with us.
· Coordinating with Project Managers to know the requirements for SME and brief it to the new joiners.
· Checking and Ensuring the Questions quality of the SMEs and checking their availability as well.
· Contribute to other operational tasks of the talent team and bring forth new ideas and strategies for the growth of the team and company.
· Taking Feedback from SMEs i.e. work as SMEs relationship manager.
· Handle a team of new members, solving their issues in the way of recruitment.
· Taking interviews as per roles and assigned by reporting managers / team leads
· Tasks allotted by the company / management due to requirements must be followed .
· Daily update to Reporting managers about the daily activities .
