We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and proficient Admin Assistant to join our fast growing Business Development Company who is great at The tech and the digital platforms we use. We specifically work with coaches, consultants and healers to help them grow their business and make a greater impact in the world.
The Deliverables are:
-Manage social media content distribution
-Complete student enrollment process and update information in trackers and our CRM (We use Salesforce)
- Send emails through ‘Kajabi’ to our Database and through Salesforce and Gmail
-Generate reports of people who have overdue accounts
-Make sure Google drive stays clean and organised
-Transfer data from Excel sheets and upload into Salesforce
-Produce spread sheets in Salesforce
-invite Students to our Facebook groups
-Manage a Company admin Gmail account.
-Post in Facebook weekly on our behalf in our facebook groups
-Create graphics on Canva
-Transfer data from Facebook into an Excel spreadsheet
-upload student questions from ‘Jotform’ into salesforce and collate student data
-Transcribe audio content on occasions
-Update things on the Kajabi website (you will be trained if you dont know how to do this) (our website is [login to view URL])
-Have the ability to call students if we ask you to
Kajabi website operation
Canva (or photoshop skills)
Jotform (not essential but desired)
Active campaign (not essential but desired)
Writing emails to correspond with students in a professional manner
Google drive management
We’re looking for someone who:
Takes ownership of their workload
Is open to take direction
Is flexible and adaptable to be available to work hours on the weekends at times as well as during the week.
Has the ability to work weekends if we ask
Can start at 8:25am sharp Sydney Time most or all mornings.
Happy to join our daily ‘Zoom’ meetings at 8:30am Sydney time.
Has the ability to increase to 40 hours per week if required
Has great communication skills
Has great technological skills, the ability to use a computer really well and use different software well
