We are a web design agency in Tampa, FL. Currently, we are looking to partner with a virtual assistant to help generate leads for businesses we can sell our web design services. We have been in business for over 6 years.
We provide web design to small and medium sized business in the surrounding Tampa, Florida area, and have been in business for over 6 years.
We are looking to hire a lead generation specialist as our Virtual Assistant.
Upon selecting the Virtual Assistant, the first 2 weeks will be a trial basis, ensuring we are a great fit for one another. The first week we will schedule an initial task that will take 10 hours. If this is successfully completed we will schedule 20 hours the second week.
After successfully completing the second week we will move the Virtual Assistant to 40 hours per week. This project is ongoing. We will create a company e-mail address for you to reach out to and correspond with the prospects you research.
Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the following:
• Finding the decision maker at local businesses to contact via e-mail/and or contact form
• Contact the decision maker at the local businesses you have researched via email or the contact form
• Log all emails and contact form submissions into excel spreadsheet
• Follow up with each business
• Posting ads offering our web design services on Craigslist in our area.

Skills & Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant doing lead generation
• Great English (Spoken & Written)
• Must have computer with reliable internet connection
• Be able to work during Eastern Standard time (12 hours difference from your time)
• Be a great appointment setter
• Excellent English business writing skills
• Ability to video Skype
• Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant)
• Data Entry
• Email Management
• Send & Respond to emails
• Ask lot of questions, to ensure we are on the same page
