I would like to automate a report based on a series of questions my empoyees fill out out.
I need a way to auto generate a sample phrase into a word document based on a yes no question.
So the employee checks of yes or no on a form. If it is no then then word will generate a response. If the employee checks yes they will have the options to check a/b for an answer and that will generate an answer. There are standard answers and I would like for based on these checks to populate a word document report with the answers.
They are familiar with using infopath so the form could be created using that, or word.
