Write an Android/iPhone Application

An excel file in CSV format contains data that will be updated on a regular basis. The application will grab the data and store it within the phone, I would like a database for the app (probably an embedded database technology) to store the info within. This data will then be used for the end-user\'s purpose, all of that is handled extraneously. It is purely to get the data to the user, but still be able to access it when outside of signal range because it is stored within the phone.
