Media Buyer - Facebook Ads & Google Ads

As the media buyer, you’ll be the voice of the business (and our customers' businesses) on social media, run all paid ads & spend, create and A/B tests and be responsible for driving ROAS for our clients.

What we’re looking for

A rockstar media buyer to manage paid advertising for our clients. You will work remotely. You have to be nimble enough to take on new projects, prioritize ‘minimum effort maximum results’ tasks, and solve problems in real-time with your own judgment.

About the role

Own top of the funnel and paid advertising channels and be responsible for driving leads

Social media content creation for ads: create a strong brand voice and identity on social, create engaging via audio/video clips using brand guidelines from clients

Set up paid ads (Google/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram) and always in search of new platforms to test

Manage marketing budgets and report regularly on the performance of campaigns

Social Listening

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, PPC or growth - marketing

Understand Black / African culture

Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets and running paid marketing ads (Google/Facebook) with proof of ROAS positive campaigns

Data-driven

Strong copywriting skills

Design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, HTML/CSS)

Some video editing experience

Desire to work in a team

Maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Exceptional at learning on the fly and tackling new projects

Bonus: experience working in a digital agency
