Service Clientèle, Gestion Médias Sociaux et Influencers pour un e-commerce (Service clientèle, Media Sociaux, Influencers)

Nous recherchons une passionnée d'e-commerce en tant que Représentante clients, Social Media Manager et Influencer Manager pour notre e-commerce de produits artistiques.
Temps plein, compensation négociable démarrant à 600 USD/mois. Français et anglais requis. Avec idéalement une expérience en service clientèle en ligne et tâches marketing. Shift en weekend nécessaire.
Nous recherchons quelqun avec un état d'esprit positif, prête à se retrousser les manches pour trouver des solutions pour nos clients.
RESPONSABILITÉS
[Customer Service Tasks] responding to customer inquiries by emails, messages on Facebook, Instagram..etc., handling after-sales requests while liaising with suppliers
[Social Media Tasks] scheduling posts for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc)
[Marketing Tasks] conducting researches and exchanging with related parties on: affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, competition and product development (suppliers) and on blog content topics etc.
[Other Tasks] ad-hoc assisting tasks as the work progresses. More responsibilities and managerial tasks shall be envisaged as we observe the skills of the candidate.
MUST HAVE
- fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- minimum of 1 year of work experience in the customer service or marketing domains; candidates with both experiences are highly preferred; experience in working Shopify is also preferred.
- available min 8 hours per day, 5.5 days a week, in Asia time zone (UTC +9). Weekend shift required
- university bachelor/undergraduate degree
- fast internet connection
- good command of Microsoft office (word and excel), Gmail etc.
- great organizational skills and attentive to details

GOOD TO HAVE
- Knowledge in image or video editing is a plus
- Good copywriting skills and marketing experience
- Photoshop or Illustrator skills
