Binge Consulting is looking for a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to help us with a launch project. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, with the primary goal of driving brand awareness and increasing website traffic.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Binge Consulting, specifically focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn. This includes defining target audiences, content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including images, videos, and written captions. Collaborate with our design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media communities on Instagram and LinkedIn. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
Growth and Engagement: Implement strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn. Utilize organic and paid tactics, such as hashtags, collaborations, influencer partnerships, and targeted advertising, to expand reach and drive website traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and initiatives. Provide detailed reports and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable recommendations.
Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously research and experiment with new features and strategies to maximize Binge Consulting's social media presence.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
In-depth knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms, including their respective algorithms, features, and advertising options.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, content creation, and community management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
