I'm looking for someone who has FileMaker Pro experience who can create a 'client visit' database for me. The Interface is pretty basic, with the theme of the database being our staff recording that they've visited the client, whom they spoke to, what they spoke about, any key action points to follow up on. Apart from this it will also include dates of visits and tick boxes for the user to complete.
Currently we use a basic MS Word document thats a few pages long, and the guys print it out and fill it in on site, but that is kind of useless in terms of searching when we've visited a client or browsing by a particular day or by person. Basically any kind of searching is non existent.
The Filemaker database will need to resemble (or at least contain) the same fields that are currently entered into Word.
The database frontend will need be operated from an iPads or iPhones and we will host the database on our server (Windows environment), so it will need to be developed with this in mind.
If you have a better idea than FileMaker that is easy to use and customise then please let me know.
