I am an employee in a bank called Boubyan Bank in Kuwait. Currently I am a trainee who required to do a project regarding what aspects the bank deals with. Write 2-3 pages report regarding the bank that includes THREE sections
First section: Write full bank background taking it from bank's website including: an overview, services/products offered and organization structure. (preferably shortest section)
Second section: Different departments of the bank (retail department, corporate banking department, risk management department and retention department.) and role of each role. Also a brief of the role of an SO, Teller, RO, RM and BM in the branch.
Third section: Write about how can the knowledge of each department/section and product knowledge would improve the employee career in the bank.
I uploaded a WORD file contains some links from the bank website can be useful, however, external info can be used to such as what are SO, RO and BM etc. roles.
No references are required in the project.
