I am doing a project for basic FMEA. It is a very small project. I have to analyze stress on a superheater U-tube with 50.8 mm (OD) and 5.7mm thickness. I want the project to be performed on ANSYS WORKBENCH. The temperature range will start at 700 C and end at 950 C with a increment of 50 C (pressure to remain constant while performing the simulation- 18 MPa). Also, I need a crack propagation analysis on horizontal/straight section of the pipe. Crack dimension will be h= 0.5 mm (on each side from center) and a= 2.4 mm (on each side from center). I am ready to discuss further for any clarification.
