Job Description:
Total 8 Years of experience in automotive CAE domain.
• Full vehicle model building and assembly activities for Crash, safety, NVH and Durability analysis.
• Experience in handling the sub-systems of Full vehicle for analysis.
• Modeling knowledge and assembly of various automotive sub-systems like BIW, Closures, IP structure and trim, HVAC, Console, Powertrain, Chassis, Suspension, Steering column, Seats, CRFM, Fuel tank, Wheels and Tires, Head & Tail Lamp’s, Font & Rear Fascia’s and Others.
• Knowledge of connection Creating and realizing Welds, contacts, Joint’s connections using MWF data.
• Expertise in CAE tools like Hypermesh And Ansa for pre-processor activities for linear and Non-linear simulations.
